Using Simple Practice
The SimplePractice Client Portal is a secure and easy way for you to communicate with your FSC therapist, request appointments, sign documents, and even pay your appointment fees.

Billing Questions
Please reach out to talk with Rachel or Nancy, our FSC intake coordinators if you have questions about your FSC invoices, insurance submissions, or fees. You can reach us at 847-251-7530 or at info@familyservicecenter.com during office hours.
Need to Cancel or Change your Appointment?
Life happens! If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please try to give your therapist as much notice as possible. No session fee will be charged when appointments are cancelled more than 24 hours in advance of the appointment time.
